Brief info
Fiona joined O’Neill Foley in 2021 as a Tax Consultant in the firm’s busy Taxation Department, providing tax advice to a range of clients across many different sectors. Having trained as an accountant in Dublin, Fiona decided to return home to Kilkenny in 2020. On her return for the first year, Fiona worked as a Manager with an Accountancy practice in Kilkenny, before joining O’Neill Foley to train as a Tax Consultant. Fiona successfully qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2023. Fiona now works closely with O’Neill Foley’s clients in providing tax advice across a variety of areas.

Fiona is experienced in providing guidance on tax compliance and tax planning services to a wide range of clients. Fiona’s areas of expertise include VAT, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Gift Tax/Inheritance Tax.

Fiona is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor (AITI).

Education 

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University College Dublin. She is an ACA with Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute.
