The Role: Full-Time Administrative Associate
The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Financial Planning, provide support and assist with client engagement and compliance with regulatory and professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales support service to the Head of Financial Planning.
- Support the Financial Planning team by promptly addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Online input of client proposals and follow up with Life Companies to ensure policies are in force.
- Compliance Procedures ensuring that regulatory guidelines, procedures and internal controls are followed.
- Developing and managing close working relationships with insurance providers, clients, and other staff members of the O’Neill Foley Accountancy Firm.
- Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the daily pipeline, ensuring all workflow processes are implemented along with day-to-day administration.
You will ideally have the following experience

- 4-5 years’ administration experience in the financial services industry.
- APA and/or QFA Qualification and experience in operations, ideally in a brokerage.
- Experience of the Omni broker (B.I.S.) Financial Planning CRM system.
